Delivery:

After we have received full payment, please remember to measure the space before scheduling and confirming your delivery. Deluxe Delivery includes delivery and setup within the rooms you request, cleanup & trash removal, and one in-house manufacturer warranty service for a year. Doorstep Delivery includes delivery of the products to your doorstep. Doorstep delivery does not include setup, trash removal, or one in-house warranty service for a year. You will be responsible for bringing back the product to be serviced or paying for our warranty team to come out, with a flat-rate charge of $79.99. If the delivery team advises against delivery due to possible damages to your home or products, you will be required to sign a Delivery Damage Waiver if you still wish for the team to attempt delivery. By signing this waiver, you acknowledge that we will not be responsible for any damages that occur during delivery after your signature.

Return & Refund:

Consumers have the right to return any qualifying purchased product up to 48 hours after the product has been received. Consumers are eligible for a full refund if the product is returned within 48 hours after pickup or delivery. If the return is after delivery, the consumer will be subject to a deluxe delivery charge, and we will arrange for the pickup of the merchandise. Refunds will be processed through the finance company before being refunded to the original form of payment, if applicable. For payments made by cash or check, a check will be written for the refund. (Please allow 7-14 business days for check processing.) If the product is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse the return and refund, even within the 48-hour window. Returns are not eligible for the following: Special or Custom Orders, Damaged Products, Mattresses, Adjustable Bases, Bunkie Boards, Foundations, Pillows, Sheets, Mattress Covers, Bedgear, and Accessories.
